The glass accent marbles used for the eyes contain the same luminescent crystals, but whose ambient glow will gradually fade over the course of a few hours. The stainless steel spring chain the item suspends from provides vertical bouncing motion in the wind. The hand-fabricated steel wire forms and stampings have a durable, weather-resistant silver matte finish applied ensuring years of use and enjoyment.
