Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days upon receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must arrive in the same condition it was received - unused, with product tags intact and sent in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@echovalley.com or call and speak to a customer support representative at (734) 668-8166. If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products returned without consent or approval will not be accepted.

Damage Claims
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item received from us is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the proper solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, closeout items and gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, i.e. flammable liquids and gels. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Product Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and a refund issued, make a separate purchase for the correct item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your product return and let you know if your request for a refund was approved or declined. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded the full purchase amount via the original payment method. Please allow 5 - 7 business days upon approval for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
